The parameters used to control the frequency converters may be easily programmed by the user. The [QUICK MENU] button provides a list with a some of the most common parameters. The [MENU] button allows the user to program all parameters.

Johnson Pump Horticulture provides you with this Quick Start guide for optimizing your pump performance.

This guide assumes you are using the Display in Read-out state II.
     
Programming
menu button   Press the [MENU] key, which produces the following read-out on the display  
Line 3 on the display shows the parameter group number and name.   display after pressing Menu button

Selection of parameter group is effected by means of the [<>] keys.

The parameters are divided into groups according to their function. The first digit of the parameter number (from the left) indicates the group number of the parameter in question. groups.

+/- buttons   When the desired parameter group has been selected, each parameter can be chosen by means of the [+/-] keys:  
         
The 3rd line of the display shows the parameter number and name, while the status/value of the selected parameter is shown in line 4.   display after choosing parameter number and the selected parameter's status/value  
         
change data button   Pressing the [CHANGE DATA] key gives access to changing the selected parameter, following which the underlining in line 4 will flash on the display.  
         
If the selected parameter is a text value, the text value is changed by means of the [+/-] keys. The bottom display line shows the text value that will be entered (saved) when you verify the change [OK].   display showing a text value to be changed with the +/- keys  
         
If the chosen parameter represents a numeric data value, a digit is first selected by means of the [<>] keys. Then the chosen digit is changed infinitely variably by means of the [+/-] keys. The chosen digit is indicated by the digit flashing. The bottom display line shows the data value that will be entered (saved) when you verify the change [OK].   display showing numerical data to be changed with the < > arrow keys for choosing which digit and the +/- keys for changing the value  
         
OK button   Press the [OK] button to verify and save your parameter settings.
